My passion is helping Youth Leaders survive and thrive in ministry. I teach youth ministry as an Adjunct Professor, and am the Heartland Regional Coordinator for NNYM. I have lived in Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas (where I have currently lived since 2003). I have beautiful wife, 4 great kids, and am a bit of a baseball/basketball junky. When I grow up I want to live somewhere really warm where the weather rarely changes.
