As an expression of their love for Christ and their deep appreciation for youth ministry leaders, YLU Trustees, Deans, speakers, and President serve without pay.
The Board of Trustees insures that Youth Leaders University stays true to its mission. Trustees also make policies, choose the President and Deans, and approve operational procedures.
Deans enlist the speakers for Youth Leaders University. They also provide some of the training themselves. Deans insure that all training is consistent with the Statement of Faith and Core Values of the National Network of Youth Ministries.
