I was in the local church as a youth pastor for 37 years, and for the past five years, have continued in youth ministry as a youth pastor to youth pastors as the metro coordinator for the Greater Cincinnati Youth Workers Network as well as the Great Lakes regional coordinator for NNYM. I love students and continue to work with them face-to-face. I am a charter member of NNYM. I spend my days helping youth workers stay in youth ministry, be strong, and partner with other youth workers. My wife of 41 years, Barbara, and I have three children and nine grandchildren. I don't look my age because I stayed in youth ministry for a lifetime and never grew up!
